What types of therapy do I offer?

I practice three models of Psychotherapy and Counselling: Psychodynamic and Systemic.

Psychotherapy helps you to consider feelings you have about yourself and other people, particularly family and those close to you. In some cases, couples or families are offered joint therapy sessions together. The therapy helps you to learn more about your self increasing your self-esteem and success.

Psychodynamic

Psychodynamic psychotherapy will help you to say whatever is going through your mind enabling you to become aware of hidden meanings or patterns in what you do or say that may be contributing to your problems.

The therapy uncovers unconscious wishes and thoughts that may contribute to psychic tension and feelings of depression or stress.

Systemic

Systemic therapy addresses current relationship patterns and trends in addition to the family, for example businesses, education and socially.

The therapy helps you to know how you fit into group dynamics and behaviour; how you are part of a larger whole and therefore able to see further than your own perspective developing relationships, humansystems and communication.
